Please read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing any items.

We sell Jewelry that is between 40-80 years old. We do not lay claim to any items being "New", and all items we sell are in an "AS-IS" condition. We do not give any warranties implied or written

Some of our items we have purchased over the years were not taken care of by the previous owner(s). Some have extreme wear, some have little to no wear, some have imperfections (puddling caused by manufacturer). All of these are beyond infinitipi's control.

We declare the conditions on all jewelry sold at this store in the item's display as follows:

Fair - This means that an item is damaged, missing stones, or was not taken care of well, etc.

Good - They have wear that is visible: patina, some stones are dark from age, any other marks that might make the piece less desirable.

Great - This means no marks, dents, missing stones, etc., but shows extensive wear in places from being worn.

Excellent - This means that there is nothing wrong with the piece, and shows little to no wear.

Perfect - This means that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the piece. Some pieces we have look like they have never been worn!

Mint - In the original box, has original tags. Looking at it tells you it was stored and more than likely not used (or used very seldom) and taken very well care of.

When purchasing items, we require payment to be made within 24 hours (if using Paypal)

Money Orders & Cashiers Checks come through the "Snail Mail", so we would like to see payments received by us within 7 days.

No items will be shipped until payment is received.

No refunds will be made until we receive the merchandise back from the buyer.

All refunds of MO's & CC's will be refunded with the same.

All Paypal refunds will be made through Paypal.

Please be advised that Buyer's Remorse will not be considered for a refund. There has to be one of the following

The item was not as described by us in the store
We shipped the wrong item (hasn't happened yet, but you never know!)

If one of the above statements apply, you need to email us immediately at the time you receive the item. Taking pictures of it that show the date and time can be very helpful in speeding up your refund, if there is a reason for it.
